Being closely tied to our network of manufacturers, preserving craftsmanship, inspiring creative vision and treasuring tradition is part of our identity. That's why we created a learning environment to raise future talents and skillful artisans to be a reference of excellence for their communities.
In our Craftsmaship Academy aesthetic research, manual work and craftsmanship are the most authentic expressions of people’s human talent and artistry. A unique learning environment where knowledge, skills, techniques, practices and innovative ideas are shared between our masters and younger generations.
Allowing our local masters to hand down their knowledge, we foster protection and conservation of the wealth of knowledge and expertise that characterize the industry and the Italian economy and culture at large.
Harmonizing artisanal know-how with advanced digital technology and industrial processes, we gear production in respect of manual manufacturing and continue to weave a better world's fabric.

We donate bedding and beds to children in orphanages to give them a sense of home and a better night's sleep.
We donate to charitable homes to help adults have shelter and refuge overnight.

Promoting a diverse, harassment-free work environment without prejudices
